My childhood consisted of documentaries, "Universum" - ORF was a compulsory part of the program. "What's What?" - DVDs all over the room (to indulge in nostalgia for a moment). And at my father's side, I was able to discover miracle after miracle in the flesh.

I was particularly impressed by the life cycle of the vine

Initially weak and fragile, it demanded love and patience in order to eventually produce magnificent grapes. However, this fascination did not immediately lead me into the world of viticulture. When I was actively involved in the business, the desire arose in me not only to produce grapes, but also to create my own wine.

I wanted to incorporate my philosophy and ideas into my own product, and I wanted other people to be part of it. I gained experience, learned from the best, was inspired by luminaries. One thing has always been clear: the true creator of an exceptional wine is and remains nature.

I want to show the potential of the grape variety, especially in this particular location. The product is unique, unadulterated. Wine as nature produces it.

The grapes were harvested by hand, gently pressed and fermented spontaneously. The wine rested on the lees for eight months before being bottled - each one sealed by hand with wax. Since then I have put my heart into this product, I love the idea and I believe in it.

We nurture and care for our children, ... , grapes throughout the year. Numerous hours of hard work ensure that our grapes are second to none. During the harvest, we try to capture this snapshot and get it into the bottle as well as possible.
